Claims for overpaid tolls
EU rules limit which infrastructure costs Germany can include in truck tolls. Charges that exceed those limits may give rise to a refund claim.
Eligibility for a refund
Transport operators who paid, or continue to pay, German road tolls between 2009 and 2027 can ask PFNÜR to review possible refund claims, including interest.
We check your payment periods, previous decisions and filing deadlines to establish which claims you can still pursue.

We check the payment periods and legal basis for a claim, then send you an offer for representation. You decide whether to appoint us.

We have recovered overpaid tolls with interest. Our estimate for newer periods is based on similarities in the toll calculations.
